Compensation: $12–$16 per hour.
Ideal For: Beginners or those learning GLPM’s cleaning standards.
2. Team Lead
Description: A proficient cleaner capable of managing most aspects of a property “flip” (complete cleaning and setup for short-term rentals).
Responsibilities: Independently handle cleaning tasks, with only a final walkthrough and approval required from a manager.
Compensation: $20–$25 per hour.
Ideal For: Experienced cleaners with demonstrated skill in GLPM’s processes.
3. Independent Cleaner (5-Star Status)
Description: A highly skilled cleaner who independently completes all tasks, including the final walkthrough, consistently achieving 5-star ratings from clients.
Responsibilities: Full responsibility for cleaning and preparing properties to GLPM’s high standards without supervision.
Compensation: 70% of the quoted price per job (no hourly wage).
Ideal For: Top performers seeking performance-based earnings.
